The prime-oasyss.com online store offers you a unique and modern water bottle through online sales. Purchase is easy and accessible 24 hours a day.

1.Placing an order

  • Add the selected products to the cart.

  • Confirm your order and proceed to checkout.

  • Enter your details and payment method.

  • Place an order.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order to the e-mail address you provided.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms his agreement with the general terms and conditions and unconditionally accepts them in full. By doing so, he undertakes to pick up and pay for the ordered package. In the event that the customer does not take over the sent package, this causes unnecessary costs to our company as the provider (packaging, shipping-postage, working time spent), for which our company as the provider may demand the payment of unnecessary costs from the buyer or customer. Of course, we are doing our utmost to find a consensual solution.

2. Prices and taxes

All prices are quoted in EUR (€) and include value added tax. The prices of the items do not include the cost of delivery. Delivery costs are indicated when calculating the order value before the electronic order confirmation.

All special offers are valid until the end of the campaign or until stocks are sold out.

3. Payment terms

Upon receipt of the order confirmation, the buyer pays for the ordered goods:

  • via bank cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express;

  • with Apple Pay, in case the online store is accessed via the Safari browser and with a device from Apple Inc. (iPhone, Mac, ...).

4. Order cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order by sending an email to the info@prime-oasyss.com stating your order number and whether you are cancelling the entire order or just a specific product. After the expiration of the prescribed time, it is not possible to cancel the order.

5. Contract or order confirmation

Upon ordering, the contract (hereinafter referred to as the order confirmation) is automatically sent to the client's e-mail. Also, the order confirmation is stored in our database. If the customer has accidentally lost or deleted the order confirmation, we can send it to them again. The invoice for the purchased products is kept in our archive and can be resent to you at your request.

6. Order rejection

In the event that the store cannot execute the order under the specified conditions, the store prime-oasyss.com can reject the order and notify the customer by e-mail or phone within 24 hours. The order is also rejected if it is not placed with the purchase rules.

7. Delivery

We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. It is expected that your order will be with you within 3 to 7 working days. Orders received during weekends and holidays will be shipped on the first business day. When paying by pro forma invoice, we will dispatch the order only after your transfer is on our bank account. In the event that it is not possible to dispatch the order on the same day due to technical reasons, we will notify you on your phone number or e-mail. Parcels will be dispatched through the delivery services of Post office Slovenia and Packeta Adria.

8. Shipping price

The delivery price depends on the type and size of the shipment. The delivery price is indicated before the order is completed.

9. Purchase contract

The Seller shall issue an invoice to the User who purchases a product from the Online Store in writing, with a breakdown of the costs and an explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase by returning the purchased product, if necessary and possible. The purchase contract in the form of a purchase order is stored in electronic form on the seller's server and is accessible to the user (buyer) at any time in his user profile. The purchase contract is concluded in Slovenian.

10. Withdrawal from the contract and return of products

The user (buyer) has the right to notify the seller at the contact e-mail address within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered products info@prime-oasyss.com that he is withdrawing from the purchase contract, without the need to state the reason for such a decision. After the notification of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer must return the goods within 14 days. The goods must be undamaged and unused, and the original receipt must be attached. In case the product was also accompanied by a warranty card, it is necessary to attach this one as well. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the trader (provider) must return all payments received that were charged to the consumer at the time of concluding the contract (placing the order) within 14 days of receiving the goods. When returning goods, we will refund the purchase price to your transaction account or to the account you used at the time of purchase.

In the event of the return of the goods and withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the provisions of the ZVPot-1, the user (buyer) covers the costs of returning the goods. We do not accept shipments of ransom.

11. Non-compliance of products

The trader shall be liable for the lack of conformity of the product which existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods. In the event of a non-conformity of the product, the buyer who has informed the trader of the non-conformity of the product is entitled to demand from the trader that the product is in conformity free of charge or to reduce the price in proportion to the lack of conformity, or to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid.

13. Warranty

Items have a warranty if it is stated on the warranty card or on the invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of the invoice. Warranty periods are indicated on the warranty cards or on the invoice. Warranty information is also provided on the product presentation page. If there is no information about the warranty, the item does not have a warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.

14. Security of personal data

NOVA PRIME d.o.o., which manages the website prime-oasyss.com undertakes to permanently protect the user's personal data. They will be used only for the needs of making and sending offers, invoices, information materials and other necessary communication.

16. Factual errors

If you believe that the purchased products did not have the properties necessary for their normal use at the time of purchase, and in other cases defined as material defects by the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), and you inform us about this, no later than 2 months from the day on which the defect was discovered, you can request, us to:

  • eliminate a material defect in the product free of charge, or

  • refund part of the amount paid in proportion to the material error, or

  • replace the product with a material defect with new faultless goods, or

  • refund the full amount paid.

17. Complaints and disputes

In case of misunderstanding and complaint, the buyer can submit a complaint to the e-mail address info@prime-oasyss.com. The procedure is confidential. In the event of any discrepancies, we will resolve your potential claims in accordance with the provisions of ZVPot-1. Due to the disproportionate costs of resolving the dispute in court and the economic value of the claim, the trader tries his best to resolve the dispute amicably at the lowest possible cost to both parties.

For all relationships and for rights and obligations that are not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant legislation of the Republic of Slovenia apply..

Trader's legal notice regarding the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act:

Pursuant to Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (hereinafter: ZIsRPS), we, as the provider, inform potential customers who are consumers (persons who acquire or use goods and services for purposes outside their professional or gainful activity) that we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (hereinafter: IRPS) as competent to resolve consumer disputes that the consumer may initiate in accordance with the ZIsRPS. By subscribing to the e-news, the user enters the list of e-newsletter recipients, which is also a database of recipients of benefits offered by the merchant to its users (loyalty discounts, monthly prize games, etc.). By subscribing to the e-newsletter, NOVA PRIME d.o.o. collects the following data through the entry form on the prime-oasyss.com website: e-mail address, IP, in case the user registers as a registered member, as well as name and surname, address, telephone.

After subscribing to the notifications, your e-mail address with your permission will be used for advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the notification. You only sign up to receive notifications if a special box is ticked next to the order or if you fill out the form at the bottom of the website.

You can at any time, in writing or by clicking on the Unsubscribe button in the newsletter, request that the personal data controller permanently or temporarily cease using your personal data for direct marketing purposes. The request will be granted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the request, as prescribed by law. The user may also request the transfer of data or familiarization with it. NOVA PRIME d.o.o. undertakes to carefully protect data in accordance with the legislation governing the protection of personal data.

By using the prime-oasyss.com website, the user agrees to the general terms of use published on this website. At this point, the user can regularly monitor any changes to the general terms and conditions and, consequently, the manner and purpose of processing the collected personal data.
